  - Once the menu has been confirmed, kindly note that further changes cannot be made
  - Please confirm all dietary restrictions a minimum of 5 days before the booked date
  - A liability waiver must be endorsed and sent back before the booked date
  - Plates, cutlery, wine glasses, water glasses & napkins will be provided
  - Set up, tear down and transport logistics, including washing up will be done by the LeVeL33 team
